A Phase III Randomized Study of Maintenance Nivolumab versus Observation in Patients with Locally Advanced, Intermediate Risk HPV Positive OPSCC

What is the purpose of the study? (in Layman's terms, please describe the study)

To find out whether it is more effective to take nivolumab immediately after chemoradiation, or active observation, and then be given nivolumab if your disease progresses.
